Today I talked with a neighbor who told me about another neighbor whose home had gone into foreclosure. While I did not know this neighbor well, my heart goes out o her. Her husband of many years died recently. Unfortunately, there were not provisions made to take care of the debt of the home in case something happened to him.

I suspect that she was in a daze because of the death of her husband, but also was embarrassed and did not want other neighbors to know her plight. Unfortunately, enough time has elapsed now that it is too late for intervention. My heart goes out to this woman who has lost her home after living there for 30 plus years.

As a real estate professional, if I am working with a seller who is in a similar situation, I can help them through the process. It would have better for her to do a short sale. There are less adverse affects to ones credit and many times as real estate professionals we are able to help negotiated good terms for the seller so that it does not affect their lives as negatively.

Know that you do have options if you are in a similar place.

 Hello everyone!

I am new to blogging and have set up this website to bring  awareness of legitimate concerns.

Recently I purchased shampoo and conditioner, organic I might add, from a large company that distributes their own brand (as well as other items).

For some reason, the ink is bleeding. I had the bottles set inside my shower/tub where they became wet from the water in the shower. I have never had a problem before this.

I do not wish to say the name of the company here as it is not my intention to injure their good name, but I have to wonder what any company is thinking if they do not make sure their product is not consumer friendly.

I realize that in business there is a definite interest in producing items as inexpensively as possible. However, the psychic energy of the consumers who are upset because the product is causing problems far outweighs any profit from selling a cheaply made product as I have to wonder how many consumers will not purchase their brand again.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Thank you for visiting my blog.

Every day we all experience every day frustrations due to practices of businesses and people we interact with in our lives.

My hope is to bring awareness to others in a light hearted and fun way.
